Smoking Cessation Information and Pharmacy Services
QuitWell provides general smoking cessation information and a way to request an individual pharmacist assessment. Pharmacy services are provided by Quick Rx Pty Ltd, trading as Quit Med.
How the patient service works
1. Read general information about smoking cessation.
2. Select "Request a Pharmacist Assessment" to open the existing pharmacy application form.
3. The pharmacy team reviews the application and advises you of the next steps. Clinical decisions and pharmacy supply are managed by Quick Rx Pty Ltd, trading as Quit Med.
QuitWell is an online patient support service. All pharmacy services, including pharmacist consultations, prescription processing, product sales, payments and order fulfilment, are provided by Quick Rx Pty Ltd (ABN 52 659 612 629), trading as Quit Med.
