Shipping policy

Your order will be processed once we have received your payment in full.  If any ordered product is out of stock, you will be notified by email/phone. Refund or credit will be generated against your account.

All orders will be dispatched from our partner pharmacy in Queensland and sent to you by Australia Post. You should expect to receive your order within 2-3 business days.

We DO NOT accept orders outside of Australia. All orders required a physical address and must be received by the intended recipient who placed the order. Courier Drivers reserved the rights to verify that the recipient of our products is over 18 years of age.
